Erica Gatewood | President
 

Erica serves as President for Blue Canyon Property Management, where she oversees all aspects of Portfolio Operations. She has over 20 years of experience in new construction, renovations and troubled asset repositioning.

Prior to joining Blue Canyon, Erica was the Senior Vice President of the East at 29th Street Communities where she was responsible for 7,660 units in 29 locations across 8 states.  Erica received her CAM in 2007 from the National Apartment Association and she holds a degree in Applied Science.

Dilshani Ranasinghe | Controller at Blue Canyon Property Management in Louisville, Kentucky

Thomas DeFrees | Controller

Thomas DeFrees serves as Controller for Blue Canyon Property Management. He has a background in Property Management, Construction and Government accounting. 

Thomas holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and is completing his MBA from Spalding University.

Kyle Ridgeway | Capital Projects

Kyle serves as our Director of Capital Projects. Kyle is an expert with nearly 10 years of experience, having served as a Building Inspector for Louisville Metro as well as a Project Manager for the seven-state Midwest division of Sears Home Services.

Kyle is ICC licensed and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky.

Anthony Mosby | Director of Leasing

Anthony serves as our Head of Leasing. Anthony is an expert with nearly 10 years of experience across all facets of property management, most recently as regional manager for Winterwood Property Management in Louisville.

Anthony holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the Indiana University.
